Anneshalli Suwaat is the chief priest of the temple of Dahak in the town of Dragonsthrall on Dahak's Horn island in the Shackles. He is a squat, beady-eyed bully of an Osirian who often abuses his authority over the town's inhabitants. He answers only to Houkna Bewul, brutal master of the town and captain of the frigate Black Dragon.
