Fifth Wind

The Fifth Wind is a stone weather vane that rises from the Dockway district in Magnimar. The sides feature carvings of air elementals and cloud dragons. All of Outcast's Cove can determine the speed and direction by looking up at the windsocks. Those who spend time observing this monument are rumored to avoid seasickness.1
