Grendel is more than a mere monster that stalks the night. He is a terrifying force of nature that calls the shadows his home. He uses the cover of darkness to murder and sate his blood lust with the sanguine of heroes and warriors.1
Appearance
Those few who have seen Grendel—and lived to tell the tale—speak of an almost giant-like monster with nails like barbed steel, piercing eyes, and a great maw of jagged serrated teeth. He has grotesquely, massive arms covered in grey, sinuous skin peeling back to reveal boney undergrowths.1
