Half-Empty Palace
The Half-Empty Palace is a galena-walled structure located on Illumis, Heaven's fifth tier. It is inhabited by the empyreal lord Falayna1 and her followers, who spend most of their time training in the wide courtyard at the heart of the palace. Most of its chambers are empty and silent, as its inhabitants spend the majority of their time in training or battle.2
