Keltir Arinna is the leader of the Arinna's Wagon, a Varisian merchant caravan that travels a route covering much of Avistan. The caravan stops anywhere there are buyers or sellers of magical or exotic goods. Keltir Arinna uses her colorful wagon to store and display the wide collection of goods she collects on her travels. The other wagons house Keltir's extended family, who work for Keltir as buyers, sellers, fortune-tellers, diviners, and tattooists.
