Lunar dragons can travel the vacuum of space and lair in moons.2

Abilities

Lunar dragons are such alien creatures that others are often confused in their presence. A lunar dragon's body has anathematic properties similar to silver, its breath is so extremely cold that even creatures immune to the coldest temperatures can still experience harm from it, and it reflects light and other rays of energy.1

On Golarion

Lunar dragons watch Golarion from lairs said to be on its moon, but only occasionally interfere with mortal affairs.2
