Originally a barbazu named Molikandus, the Outcast King was imprisoned in the Asmodean Knot after betraying his master, Dargentu Vheed, the second mayor of Westcrown.1 Vheed's wrath was immense, and the bearded devil was transformed into a bestial, filthy, half-otyugh, half-devil creature that would serve as a guardian to Vheed's treasury. In the years since his transformation, the Outcast King has lost many of his infernal powers and has become quite insane, feeding on refuse and seeing his small cohort of lemures as a royal court.2

Abilities

As part of his curse, the Outcast King has lost the use of his magical abilities, but still retains a barbazu's lashing, diseased beard and the power to inflict bleeding wounds with his magical blades.2
