Mystic's Redoubt

Mystic's Redoubt is the only public arcane library in Port Peril. It is a six-winged circular tower in Crescent Harbor, and it charges fees of as much as 1,000 gold pieces per year for its use. A small number of apprentices join the library each year, while other scholars visit Mystic's Redoubt to study relics in its antiquities hall. Rare natural components also grow in an adjacent, well-maintained garden.
