The albino kholo1 Nathrek the Pale, Devourer of Virgins, is the nominal chieftain of the kholo cult based at Lamashtu's Flower in Osirion. In truth, the kholo fear his consort Alashra more.23

Nathrek has a daughter from his relationship with Alashra: Najak, the kholo leader of the Marrow Reavers adventuring group.4
