The arms of House Arkona.

Arkona Palace, or Palace Arkona, is a massive black manor, that houses Old Korvosa's ruling family, House Arkona. Surrounded by an iron-wrought and black-marbled wall, the manor is adorned with strange ornamentation hailing from Vudra, such as, elephants with three heads, peacocks holding sabers, and tigers with carved eyes that leer from the palaces walls and over the gardens of the mansion. Ruthless guards patrol the palace.1

Found under Arkona Palace is a famous cyst drop, an occurrence when a sea cave collapses in on itself to form a sinkhole. The cyst drop is formed from the natural caves that form the Vaults of Korvosa.2
