The juvenile green dragon Razorhorn lived in Varisia's Mierani Forest (specifically in the ruins of Celwynvian), where he was a particular threat to the local elven community of Crying Leaf.1 He was the son of the dragon Verchazmia,2 but was killed by adventurers in 4708 AR.
