Runechill hatchet

From PathfinderWiki

Generally crafted for creatures of at least giant size, runechill hatchets are magical hand axes constructed during the time of the great Thassilonian empire. Their blades are uneven and jagged, and carved with runes. Once a day, a user can command the runes to shine with a cold, flickering blue light. When thus activated in combat, a runechill hatchet will drain the life force from a struck victim and can even drain a target's strength. If a weak-willed undead creature is thus struck, it will cause it to flee in panic.1

Auras

A runechill hatchet emits a necromantic aura.1
