Turning stat blocks into good flavor text

I am curious to hear what people think about my conversion of the fire mephit abilities into readable "in-world" text. Specifically, I was trying to create text that hangs together and doesn't make it sound like I was simply copying and pasting from the Pathfinder Bestiary. It's something I'd like to get better at doing, and there are certainly plenty of creatures here that require similar treatment. If we could come up with an "ability stat conversion" style, it would make it easier for all of us, I think. --brandingopportunity 18:43, April 20, 2010 (UTC)

This is great. It's a perfect example of how to translate crunch into a wiki-appropriate style. When I read the abilities section, I can easily imagine that it is something written by a Pathfinder in a report. I think that is one of the chief criteria for determining if text is written in an appropriate style. Bravo! —aeakett 01:43, April 21, 2010 (UTC)
