Gnome mortality

Sound of a Thousand Screams page 68 states that the gnomes of Golarion can age and die. It does so in a way that implies that they are the same as the other "normal" races in this regard. I take the view that page 68 is poorly worded, and should be interpreted in a way consistent with page 11 of the Campaign Setting. In other words, gnomes only age due to the effects of the Bleaching, can only die of "natural causes" if affected by the Bleaching, but can die through misadventure and pass on to the afterlife (unlike those gnomes who remained in the First World, who reform after being killed and cannot enter the afterlife). --Amethal2 21:09, 14 December 2010 (UTC)

Check out p. 7 of Gnomes of Golarion. --Brandingopportunity 21:46, 14 December 2010 (UTC)
I would if I could, but I can't. Any chance someone who actually owns the book could help me out here? --Amethal2 23:03, 14 December 2010 (UTC)
Thanks for the info on GoG, I have amended the article to make it clear gnomes do actually age. Hopefully this is a one off example of a Companion book changing what an earlier Chronicles book has said!--Amethal2 21:24, 17 December 2010 (UTC)
