Talk:Jistka Imperium

From PathfinderWiki

Additional source

For future reference, I believe there is additional information on this source in the PFS scenario Fingerprints of the Fiend, which I have played but not read. -- yoda8myhead 06:05, September 21, 2009 (UTC)

Thanks, Yoda. There are actually quite a few other references, but I was restricting myself to information only from the Campaign Setting for now. I just want to get through the CSII. --brandingopportunity 08:24, September 21, 2009 (UTC)

PFS Spoilers

As I understand the PFS Policy page, you should not include information from a scenario in pages which are directly linked to from the PFS Scenario page. In this instance, both Jistka Imperium and the city of Rachikan are linked to from the scenario page. The information I would like to add to the Jistka page would be a mild spoiler for the scenario by giving a clue as to one of the creature types likely to be encountered at some point in the scenario. Am I right in thinking I can't add it so long as the scenario is legal for play? --Amethal2 12:40, 1 August 2011 (UTC)

I think this is a policy that we should consider modifying a bit. I suggest that we not reveal information from the current season, but that information from previous seasons should be ... well, open season. The reason I suggest this, is because in the new Pathfinder Society Field Guide, there is a very big spoiler about Season 2, even though it was technically released in Season 2, although it won't appear in most stores until Season 3. Those of you who know what I am talking about know what I am talking about. Since Paizo itself seems therefore to be spoiling its own material, I don't see why we should not as well. After all, it's just more info to add to the wiki. --Brandingopportunity 08:26, 2 August 2011 (UTC)
I'd be more than happy with that; anyone else have an opinion?--Amethal2 09:04, 2 August 2011 (UTC)
Spolier, c'est francais n'est ce pas? Je ne veux rien spolier!--Fleanetha 21:01, 3 August 2011 (UTC)
(Innocent whistle) I see no spoliers .... --Amethal2 12:31, 4 August 2011 (UTC)
I think we should wait until Mark (Yoda8myhead) comes back from GenCon and see what he thinks about this. He's the one, I believe, who originally created this rule. --Brandingopportunity 03:20, 4 August 2011 (UTC)
I'm in the PFS room all day tomorrow, I'll ask Mark what he thinks and report back. -- Cpt kirstov 04:56, 4 August 2011 (UTC)
I'm very jealous. Have fun! --Brandingopportunity 06:30, 4 August 2011 (UTC)
