{{Announced}} is a utility template used on product articles to designate an announced but unreleased product.

Usage

{{Announced|product type}}

To add this template to a page, simply include {{Announced}} in the body of an article. You can add an additional parameter in the template call to indicate the product type. If no additional parameter is provided, the template will display "product".

This template also categorizes the article as Category:Announced products.

To have the notice automatically hide itself after a certain date, use {{Announced/by date}}:

{{Announced/by date|product type|a date}}

Example

For example, an announced Pathfinder video game would include the following call:

{{Announced|video game}}

If its release date is November 13, 2019, use:

{{Announced/by date|video game|November 13, 2019}}
