Town Hall (Torch)

The Town Hall is one of the largest buildings in the town of Torch in Numeria. It is located in the southeastern part of the town. The council meetings take place in the hall every week on Oathday but it is also used for a number of social gatherings, including many dances held in the large square in front of it. The town hall serves also as a second garrison and lookout tower watching over the eastern roads.
