Greater hell hounds, also known as Nessian warhounds, are a more dangerous variant of hell hounds kept by Asmodeus in vast kennels beneath the Catafalque in Nessus. All are clad in flaming barding and perfectly loyal to Asmodeus: once given a task, they do not quit until either the task is complete or they are dead, pursuing Asmodeus' enemies across Hell and beyond.
