== Personality ==

Clever and scathing Adella is known as something of a local grump, as she has little patience for either the political games of the Taldan aristocracy or the frivolity of youth.<ref name="SSSp69">{{Cite book/Songbird, Scion, Saboteur|69}}</ref> Despite this she is very influential in Meratt County as House Voinum has ruled there for over a thousand years. Adella is a staunch traditionalist, believing in the ideals of ancient Taldor, meaning she is harsh but fair towards the residents of [[Voinaris]] and the rest of the [[Voinum Barony]]. She believes a lot of modern Taldor's ills comes from a lack of adherence to these values and browbeats her decadent aristocratic neighbours about their often lax behaviour. Adella also serves an incredible source of local history.<ref name="SSSp11"/>
