This article covers the cult in Medina Mudii'a. For the city's eponymous temple, see Eye of the Red Worm (temple).

As of 4716 AR, the Eye of the Red Worm was a covert cult of liberated munsahirs, then known as azers, who attempted to liberate their enslaved and indentured kin on the Plane of Fire.1 They were based in the Common Quarter of Medina Mudii'a.234

The cultists worshiped Janzir-al-Nar, a purple worm infused with elemental fire capable of teleporting those it consumes while cultists chant a specific text in Pyric.53
