Heger1 is a Qadiran city in the Meraz Desert region that separates Qadira from the rest of the Empire of Kelesh. The Meraz Desert once used to be fertile land before it was sapped of life by the Heralds of Dust. Heger is located along the coastline where the desert meets the Obari Ocean, between the cities of Izzet to the north and Husanah to the south.23
