Setsendu

Setsendu is a rolling plain located near the edge of Avernus that serves as the joint divine realm of Yaezhing and General Susumu. The realm's skies are burning and red, and its many small cities constantly war with each other for either General Susumu's favour or executing Yaezhing's cruel form of justice. The mountain of Stonepeak, Minderhal's divine realm, looms over Setsendu, but is far enough away that their inhabitants rarely come into conflict.

Yaezhing acts as an intermediary between the realm and the rest of Hell, particularly as a consultant to archdevils on the technical matters of torture.
