The Shard of Wrath is one piece of the Sihedron (also called the Shattered Star) made from siccatite, which is a sparkling silver Skymetal. Its owner can cast a fireball spell daily. The curse of this shard results in the owner experiencing delusions of grandeur. Additionally, the owner becomes addicted to violence, so much so that he becomes ill if he has not killed within the last hour.
