Sigek was a blasphemer of Sangpotshi in the 45th century of the Imperial Calendar (20th century Absalom Reckoning) who led his followers in a profane ritual to reincarnate the lich Nindoru into a new type of being that was exempt from the cycles of life, death, and rebirth. While a concrete link does not exist between the two, the disappearance of Sigek and his followers in 4444 IC was subsequently followed by the first reports of nindorus, and a nindoru Ascetic is believed to share his name.1

Relatives

Sigek was born a human to two samsaran parents, who abandoned him to a human community in the hopes that he would reincarnate into a samsaran during his next cycle as per Sangpotshi. This decision, and the implication that enlightenment could be achieved only through reincarnation over multiple lifespans, espoused a bitterness in Sigek that grew with him to encompass all samsaranas.1
