Yllaldo Castle

Yllaldo Castle was built during the Age of Darkness on Xopatl's southern border to guard the nation against any attack from the neighbouring kingdom of Nalmeras. A sprawling complex of tunnels, rooms, and caves is located beneath the run-down castle, many of which have not been explored in millennia. The castle is now home to an order of monks who attempt to maintain the above-ground portion of the castle while also keeping the most heavily trafficked parts of the subterranean areas clear of monsters.
