Lead golems are hunchbacked golems made from toxic lead, a metal that also blocks the use of divination spells, and which release large clouds of airborne toxic dust when struck. A lead golem stands eleven feet tall when upright, and weighs 10,000 pounds.1[citation needed]

On Golarion

The Pathfinder Society learnt that lead golems were crafted by Jistkan artificers and elementalists of the Jistka Imperium.2
