Waunomani (pronounced Wau-noh-MAA-nee), also known as Silungan, is the closest thing to a capital in the archipelago nation of Minata, off the eastern coast of Tian Xia. The diverse and heavily fortified city serves as a center of sea trade on the eastern coast of Belem and port for Minata's defensive fleet of warships.

"Waunomani" is a word of the Tau Nui people, a once-nomadic folk who claim descent from the ancient empire of Taumata and now primarily live in the Minatan isles of Rendah Pulu.
