Khang Kaw is one of the cities of Tang Mai,1 the kingdom of sorcerers that sits in the south of Tian Xia. Tang Mai was only under the rule of Imperial Lung Wa for two decades before the empire fell, so it was less affected than other Tian nations. Khang Kaw is the Tang Mai's second largest city, only the capital of Ramparassad has a larger population.2
