Tok Wayra, also known as the Lord of Bats, is a former kamraten (ruler) of the nation of Tang Mai2 in Tian Xia. Like all of the five lords of Tang Mai, Tok Wayra is a sorcerer, specifically of the stormblood lineage. Tok was the last kamraten before the current ruler Kamraten Khemkhaeng. Each kamraten's rule is only supposed to last ten years but Tok Wayra scandalised the entire nation by using delaying tactics, political manoeuvring, and downright underhanded manipulation to extend his rule by a full year.3
