Lukain Latchmin

Lukain Latchmin was a former Pirate Lord of the Shackles who once made Port Peril his home. Lukain was an ambitious pirate and was not content with being a mere Pirate Lord: his ambition was to claim the title of Hurricane King, he failed. Now all that remains of his ambition is the fire-scarred fortress called Latchmin's Folly, mockingly named in his honour.¹
