Kar-Azakh is a town located in a cavern of the Five Kings Mountains that surrounds a thunderous 200-foot-tall waterfall called the Cascade. It is located in the southern Five Kings Range halfway between Taggoret and Kykar.✝

The falling water's roar and cavern's echoes drown out most attempts at verbal communication, and most residents wear hearing protection outside of their homes and use sign language to communicate. The waterfall also turns dozens of waterwheels that power its many mills.
