Shaping Bluffs

From PathfinderWiki

The Shaping Bluffs are a two-mile-long geologic feature along the Sellen River and the border it forms with Galt, and is known for the mysterious tendency of its bluffs to constantly reshape their faces. The steep cliffs expose red stone that changes erratically regardless of any winds or waters and can hide or reveal caves at water level.1

The cliffs house a camp of dwarven stone shamans and geomancers, led by Hromcul Stetruk, who have stabilized their location enough to continue studying the phenomenon. The Shaping Bluffs are also used by river pirates who take advantage of the transient nature of caves that appear and disappear along the water level to raid traffic along the Sellen River.1
