Varook's Deep is both the lowest dwarf-inhabitated point of the Five Kings Mountains at 17,621 feet below sea level, a defensive city that keeps watch over the Darklands, and a trading post that hosts caligni, drathnelars,1 and underground fey. Its garrison is led by General Flinda Strikespark.2

Due to the city's depth, few surface-dwelling dwarves visit Varook's Deep.2
