Well of Kurgess

The Well of Kurgess is a spring located near the Sureshire Ranch in Taldor's Ligos Prefecture. Named for the god of strength Kurgess, the waters of the Well of Kurgess are said to grant great boons to any beast of burden that drinks from them. Access to the Well of Kurgess is closely guarded by the families that run Sureshire Ranch and is only granted to those who win the Emperor’s Mile, a gruelling horse across the Ligos Prefecture.
