Bilious talismans, called Seeds of Hell by those who rightly fear them, are talismans with a unique, powerful, willing devil bound inside; because of this, they count as minor artifacts and can only be created by the strongest diabolists or devils. The mind of the devil bound within a bilious talisman remains active and often poses as a benevolent being seeking to aid the wearer in some great feat, in the process increasing their influence and planting a sign of corruption. Once the wearer reaches their pinnacle of power, the talisman will offer a reward in the form of its greatest power; if the wearer accepts (willingly or not), they and the nearby region will permanently be damned to Hell, releasing the devil inside.[1]
