An extraction scarificator is a bloodletting device that can only be used on helpless or willing creatures. Its blades both deal damage and cause profuse bleeding. Once per day it can be used to extract one of the four humors, which has the effect of a magical potion for the next 24 hours.

black bile

blood

potion of cure moderate wounds

phlegm

potion of calm emotions

yellow bile
