A genie seal is a form of magic item crafted directly onto a receptacle that is already holding a bound genie. Genie binders are masters of crafting genie seals, both true seals and lesser elemental seals. The legendary binder Sulesh the Great crafted the True Seal of Sulesh, a genie seal of incredible power.1
