A genie seal is a form of magic item crafted directly onto a receptacle that is already holding a bound genie. Genie binders are masters of crafting genie seals, both true seals and lesser elemental seals. The legendary binder, Sulesh the Great, is known to have crafted the True Seal of Sulesh, a genie seal of incredible power.1
