A dragon turtle scale is a talisman in the form of a shimmering scale from a dragon turtle, typically attached to a golden chain or clasp. When affixed to armor, the talisman's magic power can be unleashed by athletic individuals to temporarily improve their swim speed to match half of their speed on land.

The greater dragon turtle scale is a more powerful alternative to the standard talisman, allowing its user to swim as quickly as they can move on land.
