The acolyte Heidrun Stonefruit is a dwarven woman in Highhelm who was blessed by Kols as a child so that any promises made in her presence have the magically binding power of a geas. Because of this she is sometimes nicknamed "Oathbinder" and heavily sought out for official means, but otherwise keeps to herself.1
