Iliara Starcloak is the founder and leader of the Goldenfire Order, a band of mercenary wizards based in the town of Thornkeep.

Appearance

Iliara is a beautiful, dark-haired elven woman.

Associates

In 4707 AR, Iliara founded the Goldenfire Order for the purpose of protecting the interests of wizards in Thornkeep. It now counts five members (including Iliara herself) and three apprentices. Their magical prowess ensures that no one in Thornkeep wishes to make Iliara their enemy. Recently, she has been concerned for Jharun and Tiawask, two members overdue to return from an expedition to mysterious ruins in the Echo Wood. Indeed, Iliara's worry about the Echo Wood means she often recommends travellers to hire local expertise before entering it.

Iliara's young, studious apprentice Timbor serves as her secretary and record-keeper. He greets all visitors to the Goldenfire Tower and determines if their business would need her attention.

Rumour has it that Iliara is an agent of Queen Telandia Edasseril of Kyonin, or that she is plotting against the Technic League. She suspects that the young widow Eliseera is an enchantress.
