Merchant (Promise)

The Merchant district of Promise is located in the eastern part of the city, where merchants and accountants sell their crafts and goods to traders from other nations (most often Absalom and Katapesh) and buy resources that Hermea lacks. Promise's administrative buildings, such as the international relations centre, the bank, and important public utilities, are also located in the Merchant district.
