Rat's Tail

Rat's Tail is a root that, when pickled, can be used an ingredient in a medicine to treat those afflicted with Blackscour taint. It is not a particularly well-known item, but the poor of Darkmoon Vale use it as a substitute for salt when seasoning their food.
