The Redeemed are the rare group of devils who have seen the error of their evil ways and sought true and sincere forgiveness from the good gods. In return, they join Heaven's ranks and are transformed into unique angels who always bear some kind of physical mark that symbolizes the penance they must make for their past sins. They exist as a mirror to the Fallen, angels who have fallen from grace through evil acts and have become devils.1
