Skinsloughs are intelligent disease-bearing undead creatures created after water-related traumatic deaths. They resemble humanoids with poorly fitting skin that slides across their underlying musculature. Sometimes confused for floodslain creatures of the Deluges in the Hold of Belkzen, skinsloughs are more widespread on Golarion and not always given to cruelty.
