In the article on the Bloodstones of Arazni on p. 13 of Artifacts & Legends, it is stated that Arazni's organs were removed in Geb before her reanimation as a lich. This is a change from the description in Shadows of Gallowspire, which states that they were removed by the Knights of Ozem before her burial.
