Plural

I'm going to change instances of leshys to leshies as per this quote from Luis Loza on the r/pf2e discord:

@Three Shortstacks in a Pizza: wait is the plural of leshy really leshys?

Luis Loza (he/him): Not anymore. It was initially leshies, but then our lead editor request it be changed to leshys to avoid an irregular plural. We've since walked back that change in the past month and plural is leshies again.
