First and last name swapped

Race for the Runecarved Key lists him as Bretcher Toth, but this is the only time it is spelled this way in canon, so it seems it's a typo. What's up with the last name "Bhreacher" though, and how do you pronounce that? I can understand why it was not copied correctly.
