Usage

1 (optional): Describes what is being flagged, such as the article, a section, a file, etc. Defaults to article.
2 (optional): The date and time when the article was flagged. Use ~~~~~ (five tildes) to easily insert the current date and time stamp. If omitted, nothing is displayed.
3 (optional): A short summarized reason for flagging the article. If omitted, nothing is displayed.
