{{Pfw}} maintains compatibility with raw StarfinderWiki transclusions, which use Template:Pfw for interwiki links. There's no need to use {{Pfw}} in PathfinderWiki content unless you need such links to work in a raw transclusion on StarfinderWiki.
tl;dr: If you don't know what a raw interwiki transclusion is, you don't need to use this template on PathfinderWiki.
