Use this template to create a reference that connects articles where this template is used to the article with the name given as an argument. These references can then be search by using semantic queries. If the referenced entity is a person, this also creates a [[Category:<character name> appearances]] entry.

Troubleshooting
- After adding {{References}} to an article, or when previewing an article after adding {{References}}, nothing actually appears.
- You cannot preview new additions of this template to an article. To view the listing of appearances after adding the template to an article, you must save and then purge the page. The {{Recurring}} template must also be present at the top of the section.
